Aongen ™Collagen Matrix is a 3-D scaffold applied to tissue engineering technology. The collagen matrix contains a connected porous structure made of cross- link ≥90% lyophilized porcine type I collagen and ≤10% glycosaminiglycans (GAG). Aongen ™ Collagen Matrix is a soft and pliable medical device highly absorbent and able to hold 10 to 50 times its own weight in fluids.
Aongen™ Collagen Matrix is indicated for support and reinforce tissue repair and augmentation processes in connective and/or epithelial tissues. Also, it may be used for reinforce repair and augmentation processes in dental sockets post extraction and the management of partial or full-thickness wounds.
