| The brand oculusgen has been changed to ologen |

| Aeon Astron Corporation (AAC) today (18 November 2008) announces that the oculusgen brand has been changed to ologen™. ologen™ is currently represented by ologen™ collagen matrix and ologen™ bandage lens. This collagen matrix is applied to glaucoma surgery (trabeculectomy, bleb leakage repair, working with shunt for preliminary scar prevention, etc.), strabismus, pterygium surgery and other selected ophthalmic applications for better wound modulation to prevent fibrosis and wound contraction. The usage has been approved by glaucoma specialists in many countries and shows efficacy and safety to enhance glaucoma surgery success. ologen™ collagen matrix is supplied in different sizes and shapes, such as cylinder, rectangular, donut and round for different purposes. ologen™ bandage lens is used as an eye protection or dressing fixation. ologen™ was formerly called as oculusgen. Due to impossible worldwide brand registration, ologen™ was then named and registered. ologen™ has no relation to any company other than Aeon Astron Corporation group. The product production is strictly following 93/42/EEC Directive and Aeon Astron Europe BV, a Dutch company, is currently supplying this product worldwide. The performance of ologen collagen matrix is upgraded from oculusgen. The new ologen can better modulate wound healing by longer degradation time, better pliable resistance and the use of atelo-collagen. These characteristics benefit to physiological wound modulation. The reason to upgrade is because oculusgen collagen scaffold is too loose or too weak that easily breaks before implantation, and is absorbed too soon. It cannot provide the barrier in between the conjunctiva and the sclera as desired and has very weak pliable strength. AAC is dedicated to ophthalmology and life science product and technology research and development. The existing business covers ologen™ collagen matrix, ologen™ bandage lens, aongen™ collagen matrix and aongen™ dental. The aongen™ brand applies to dental, plastic and general surgery. For future ophthalmic product development, AAC is working with bio cornea, HA matrix and drug bonding and embedding for controlled and target release. Other research and development is concerning to aesthetic plastic, orthopedic and drug bonding platform.
