| ologen™ awarded Indian Registration Certificate |

| On 24th December 2009, one of Aeon Astron Co., (AAC) biomedical device "ologen™ Collagen Matrix" received the Registration Certificate from Indian Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. ologen™ Collagen Matrix is a biodegradable and implantable scaffold. It induces a regenerative non-scarring wound healing process without using anti-fibrotic agents. The matrix improves the regenerating tissue re-modeling and prevents scar formation or further infection. For Tissue Repair, ologen™ collagen Matrix is a mimic ECM specifically configured to support repair in connective and epithelial ocular tissue. The host tissue-collagen matrix interaction may optimize and stabilize the structure and composition where damage, weakness or loose exists. It also prevents scar formation and provides a dynamic and physiological reservoir system to restore functionality, creating a mature tissue structure. For Glaucoma & selected ophthalmic surgeries, ologen™ Collagen Matrix is developed to increase the success rate of glaucoma filtration surgery and other selected ocular procedures. The super Matrix may significantly increase the success rate by reducing fibrosis and eliminating MMC induced Implications. Moreover, ologen™ may normalize the subconjunctival wound healing process, maintain the functional bleb with normal conjunctiva, and be biodegraded around 90 days. AAC has signed an exclusive sales agreement with M/s Vision Surgicals, an Indian renowned firm of Ophthalmologic medication. AAC's ologen™ Collagen Matrix will soon benefit patients in India.
